Schools have also been allowed to hold offline pre-boarding exams for grades 10 and 12 for the current academic session of 2020-21. The government has also authorized the J&K State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) to provide offline training for teachers with a small gathering of 25 people.

“The prescribed guidelines on digital education and appropriate Covid behavior must be followed in letter and spirit,†the ordinance says.
