This popular social media company is leasing space in Nashville
Popular social media company, TikTok is opening an office in Nashville, reports Nashville Business Journal.
TikTok will lease three floors of the WeWork building at One Nashville Tower, 150 Fourth Avenue North, occupying 75% of the building.
There are ten jobs posted on the TikTok website for Nashville positions, from site manager to user analyst.

Nashville being known as Music City, Tik Tok revealed in a year-end report that 75% of its users in the United States search for new music on the platform. It makes sense that they want an office here.
More recently, Gayle, a 17-year-old songwriter from Nashville rose to popularity with her song “abcdefu” which has been featured over half a million times on TikTok. Gayle then made an appearance on Jimmy Fallon and will perform on March 9 at Exit/In.
The top country trak on TikTok was “Fancy Like” by Walker Hayes. TikTok said, “Country fans and the music they love is a big part of what makes TikTok tick. The community helped propel Walker Hayes’ “Fancy Like” to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and a GRAMMY nomination for Best Country Song, making it the year’s biggest country crossover hit.
